Apparels 360 ("the app") is a private business app that lets registered customers of our wholesale clothing business browse our catalogue, place enquiries and chat directly with our team. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising. Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, which acts as our service provider, and is encrypted in transit.
Your account data and conversations are retained while your account is active so that your order history stays available.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, uploaded media and enquiries, along with your sign-in account. It cannot be undone, and you are welcome to register again later with the same number.
If you cannot access the app, you can instead request deletion by emailing psonu2014@gmail.com from your registered number or with your registered phone number included. We will remove your account, profile, conversations and uploaded media within 30 days of the request.
The app is intended for business customers and is not directed at children under 18.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new effective date.
